View our range of spas available for use in commercial environments. The HSG282 has been introduced by the HSE to ensure Hot Tubs used in a commercial environment meet certain standards and can offer the bather and user a safe and pleasant experience.

The HSG282 regulations summarised:
The water capacity of the spa must be equal to or exceed 250 litres per bather seat.
The spa should be capable of turning over and filtering the total
water capacity of the spa within 15 minutes.
The spa must have a built-in sanitisation system. Floating tablet dispensers are not recommended. FROG system for example.
The spa should be fitted with an Ozone and or UV system.
The spa should not be equipped with an air blower.
Waterfall features and any pipework which allows dead legs (can be switched off and cannot be purged) are not recommended.
A 24-hour or High Flow filtration system is recommended.
General maintenance
Fresh / new water is required with each new set of guests.
The water should be tested and recorded twice a day and chemicals
adjusted as necessary.
Records kept for 5 years.
New / Cleaned filter with each new guest.
Regular system flush for pipework.
Monthly microbiocidal testing.

Great service carried out i had ricky drop off the hot tub and drop it exactly where i wanted and he also did all the research for the correct parts i needed and then i had Brandon and nathan carry out a bunch of work on the tub which got it all up and running for me they were a pleasure to deal with very genuine people.
Top service and will be using this company again!

Had the latest Palma hot tub from Platinum Spas installed by Adam this weekend at the house. From the point of initially going into the store a few weeks ago, upto the point of final installation we found the service excellent, professional and very informative, something that gives testament to just how may decades the store has been open and operated for.
On the day of installation, Adam was excellent and on completion talked us through the water chemistry and bottles of chemicals supplied to help to maintain a perfectly balanced hot tub in terms of the water quality. We will be taking out a service package with Paynes to maintain the tub across the coming years.
Extremely happy and look forward to many years of total relaxation and mindfulness.
