We help you select the perfect model for your budget and garden. You’ll need a solid, level base (concrete slab or reinforced decking) and the correct electrical supply — 13A or 32A depending on the model.
Delivery & Installation Across Cheshire

How much are the running costs?
This is a difficult question to answer, on average most spas can range from £1-£2 a day depending on usage. However, there are many things to factor in that can increase/decrease the cost, such as; the temperate you run the water at; the temperature outside; how often you use the spa. We have 3 different ranges to choose from which have different running bands. HTS spas = Good, Fiji Range = Better, Arctic Spas = BEST
How much space do I need for my hot tub?
In a perfect world, the dimension of the spa plus 40cm. It is very useful to be able to access all sides of the spa for servicing. However, if you have a tight space that you want to put it in, give us a call and we can discuss this further
What happens if there is no/limited access?
Most of our spas require 1m access, if there is no alternative route into your garden and your access is smaller than this then you may need to have a crane. Please enquire for more information on this.
What requirements do I need at the site?
Before your hot tub is delivered it is important that you have a solid level base large enough for the size of your spa. Depending on the model you have chosen you will need the correct electrical supply, such as 32 or 13Amp supply.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes, we do. We are situated in Dresden, Stoke-on-Trent – ST3 4PR.
Showroom opening times:
Monday – Friday: 9am til 5:30pm
Saturday – 12pm til 4pm
Sunday – CLOSED
If you are unable to pop down during those times additional appointment times can be made in advance!
How do you clean a hot tub filter?
If the filter is relatively new, it can be as simple as taking it out and giving it a good spray with a hose. An older, dirtier filter will need to be soaked in filter cleaning solution (which you can buy from our shop).
Do you offer finance?
Yes. We offer finance options on all our spas. We currently offer Buy now Pay later (12 months) and 5 years finance @ 6.9% APR. You can own one of our spas for as little as £88 a month!
What chemicals do I need for my hot tub?
All our spas come with the chemicals you need to get started. Chlorine, pH up/down, Shock and then also a pack of 50 test strips.
Where do you deliver to?
We usually deliver within a 40-mile radius of ST3 4PR. However, if you are a little further than this please just get in touch and we will let you know if we can deliver.
Where are the spas made?
We are the proud suppliers of Arctic Spas and HTS Spas. All Arctic Spas are made in Canada and HTS Spas are manufactured in China.
Where is best to put a hot tub?
We always say as close to the house as possible. The closer to the house it is, the more you’ll use the spa. Also, in the winter, the walk back to the house can seem much further when you’re in swimwear!
