Shropshire 2014

This new build property in Shropshire built between 2014 – 2015, is centred around a 10 metre x 6 metre fully tiled swimming pool of sprayed concrete construction.

Full environmental control and water heating is controlled by a Calorex Delta 4 system, with heating to the whole property and leisure area is provided by a Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP).

A 2 metre square in ground spa is installed to the garden side of the pool, with heat retention of the swimming pool provided by a Roldeck automatic slatted cover, concealed under the floor at the step end of the pool.

Finally, a fully tiled steam room and traditional sauna have been built in to one corner of the room.
