The Ozone water clarifier ensures that your water remains clean, while the two 2HP LX pumps equipped with the industry’s most advanced pumps provide exceptional performance. Keeping your water warm is a 3KW heater, and the hot tub is built with Aristech Acrylic, a world-leading supplier known for their quality and durability. At Platinum Spas, we only use the highest quality components, which is why we have chosen globally renowned Balboa as our control system. Every Platinum Spas hot tub uses Balboa heaters, control panels and control board.

The Seville Hot Tub uses the TP500 control board.

With a colour screen and directional keypads, users can go through their settings with ease and have their Happy Hot Tub hot tub set up perfectly for their needs.

BLUETOOTH SOUND SYSTEM

There is nothing better than a soothing massage while listening to your favourite music, radio station, podcast or even a book and achieving this has never been easier thanks to our Platinum Melody system.

This high-quality Bluetooth system is fitted as standard to all models and is very simple to use. Simply search, then connect your smartphone or model device to the hot tubs Bluetooth and away you go.

WIFI ENABLED CONTROLS

WIFI enabled controls is an optional extra and can be added to any Platinum Spas hot tub.

The Balboa Worldwide App (bwa™), is an app for your smart device (Android™ or iPhone®) that allows you to access your hot tub via a direct connection. Either connect to your local Wi-Fi network, or anywhere in the world where you have an internet connection to your smart device via 3G, 4G, or Wi-Fi hot spots.

* With the bwa™ app, you can ensure that your hot tub will be ready whenever you want to take a dip.

Instead of going outside and pressing buttons on the topside panel, the app lets you start the hot tub and change settings from your smartphone or tablet. The app provides full interface control, so you can set the temperature, turn pumps on and off, and even set filtration cycles.

Great service carried out i had ricky drop off the hot tub and drop it exactly where i wanted and he also did all the research for the correct parts i needed and then i had Brandon and nathan carry out a bunch of work on the tub which got it all up and running for me they were a pleasure to deal with very genuine people.
Top service and will be using this company again!
Highly recommended to anyone that wants a hot tub or work carried out with great communication and very professional service.
Left the garden as they found it and gave me a bunch of advice on hot to care for the tub.

  Had the latest Palma hot tub from Platinum Spas installed by Adam this weekend at the house.  From the point of initially going into the store a few weeks ago, upto the point of final installation we found the service excellent, professional and very informative, something that gives testament to just how may decades the store has been open and operated for.

On the day of installation, Adam was excellent and on completion talked us through the water chemistry and bottles of chemicals supplied to help to maintain a perfectly balanced hot tub in terms of the water quality.  We will be taking out a service package with Paynes to maintain the tub across the coming years.

Extremely happy and look forward to many years of total relaxation and mindfulness.
