Every HTS spa model is equipped with Balboa’s latest generation of solid state panels and controllers which have no moving parts, to ensure our spas are super reliable, dependable and easy to operate!

Lighting

Scientists have claimed that the amount of lighting affects the regulation of emotions, such as happiness and sadness, through the nervous and endocrine systems. At HTS Spas we have used LED lighting in our hot tubs to enhance the users pleasure whilst using aPlatinum spa, by selecting lighting that only enhances the persons mood.

All HTS spas come equipped with water level lighting, large LED in the footwell, corner skirt lights and the diverter lights. This gives the hot tub a very modern look but also improves the mental mood of the user.

Sound System

Music – Bluetooth Conectivity

All HTS spas are equipped with MP3 music system’s with a standard 3.5mm jack allowing virtually any MP3 device to be plugged in. You can sit back and relax in the spa whilst listening to your favourite songs through the two mounted speakers which come as standard. On the Premium range all our hot tubs come with bluetooh connectivity! The mounted speakers also have colour changing LED lighting! Music is another way to increase the users enjoyment whilst using thier hot tub! Downtempo music can cause the brain to synch up with the beat and create alpha brain waves. These waves are often present when we’re awake, but relaxed. Listening to smooth jazz, especially combined with nature sounds like waterfalls or thunder, can be especially soothing.

Additional Options

Maintenance Free

The side panels and steps that are used on HTS spas are maintenance free whilst looking just like wood we use a wood composite instead of real wood on all our steps and side skirts. Wood rots and can deform over time! These particular side panels and steps do not rot or fade increasing the life and keeping the brand new look for many years!

If damages do occur to the side panel of the hot tub it is very easy and a much cheaper option than wood for a replacement panel, which can take 10 mintues to change!

O-zone

Every HTS spa comes with Ozone as standard, the reason for generating ozone in your spa or hot tub is that ozone is a powerful oxidant and as such it helps destroy bacteria, viruses and algae.

LX Pumps

We take pride in all our components used, this is why we use LX pumps on all of our spas. LX is equipped with the industry’s most advanced quality testing to offer complete peace of mind.

After waiting 2 days for the supplier of my hot tub to get back to me I was recommended these guys, I can honestly say the best service I have received in a very long time, I rang sent a video and he diagnosed the issue, it was sorted within 30 minutes, all up and running, I will definitely be using these guys again for my yearly shutdown/ service and any other issues which may arise also any recommendations I will be sending them their way

Nathan was incredibly helpful and professional from start to finish. His deep understanding and knowledge of hot tubs were evident, and he provided excellent advice throughout the process. He worked efficiently, with no fuss, and was both polite and friendly, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The quality of his work was outstanding—my hot tub now feels as good as new!

We purchased a Hot Tub from EY Payne a couple of years ago, their communication from the moment we walked into their show room, right through to delivery was fantastic.  We recently had a young lad called Nathan our to service and "winterize" the tub, it was a miserable day, but he was polite, efficient and generally very impressive.  Would really recommend this company if you are considering a tub or pool!
